When you buy, PayPal processes the payment and gives us an order number and your PayPal email address. If you choose to enter an email on our page, we use it once to send you your backup copy. We keep an order record (order number, emails, amount, date) to provide support and prove purchase. We don’t sell or share this information.
The app itself runs on your device. The stock lists you enter stay in your browser’s storage and are never sent to us.
This is a digital product delivered instantly. If the file does not open or work on your device and we can’t fix it, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you. Write to info@banale3d.in.
The first-aid guide and pharmacy list give general information only. They are not medical advice and do not replace training, a doctor, or emergency services. Check medicine labels and ask a pharmacist or doctor about doses, children, pregnancy and allergies. Check expiry dates of real supplies yourself; the app only reminds you of the dates you enter.
